Operational Risk Lead
We are now recruiting for an Operational Risk Lead to join our team on permanent basis based out of either our Dublin, London or Nottingham office. Reporting to the Head of Risk & Resilience, this role will have full oversight of the business’s compliance within its Operational Risk and Quality Assurance Frameworks. Reporting on business adherence and ensuring appropriate frameworks and KPIs are in place to measure as well as to Monitor and escalate risks relating to breaches of process coming out of Quality Assurance Reports. Essential functions of this role will include but are not limited to: To be successful in this role you will need to have an advanced understanding of operational risk within Insurance or wider financial services. Proven experience with QA/QC and outsourcing will also be advantageous as will a background in governance and/or L&D. An ability in taking initiative and producing results in a challenging and technical environment and previous experience leading a team is key. The right candidate will possess strong organisational skills and be an effective communicator – both written and verbal, with an interest in being able to bring new and effective ways of working to the wider business. Principal Social Worker
Principal Social Worker Purpose of the Role The post holder will be assigned to The Alders Unit, a specialist child sexual abuse service and will be expected to contribute to the overall management and leadership of the service as well as undertaking clinical work. It will be necessary for the person appointed to possess the skills, knowledge and adaptability to work in The Alders Unit as part of the management team of the Unit, including the provision of supervision and line management to Senior Social Workers /staff members employed in the service. Essential Criteria: Each candidate must : · Have obtained the National Qualification in Social Work (NQSW) or equivalent. · Have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in Social Work. · Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in working in the area of Child Sexual Abuse. · Have evidence of registration with CORU. · Possess the requisite knowledge and ability, including a high standard of suitability to discharge satisfactorily the duties of the office. · Possess a high standard of professional attainment. · Have relevant experience of working in a managerial capacity and in the provision of supervision. Patient Navigator For The National Childhood Cancer Services [aligned To CNM / Senior HSCP Grade
Purpose of the Role: Childhood cancer is a devastating diagnosis for families, requiring complex medical care and emotional support. A Patient Navigator would serve as a dedicated guide, providing support, education, and coordination of services throughout the cancer journey to the families of children, adolescents and young adults. In collaboration with the MDT and relevant stakeholders, the post will support the patient journey, enhance clinical outcomes, and optimise healthcare resource utilisation.
