Linn Dara has its own dedicated management structures, with leads for all the disciplines within the service. Together with dedicated managerial and administrative resources this supports the ongoing planning development of the service. There is a particular emphasis on workforce planning, training and service. In our 2024 staff survey, employees in Linn Dara CAMHS reported a high satisfaction rate with regards to; learning new skills (93.6%); working well as a team (92.3%); accesses to training (80.7%); and excellent line management support (82.6%).
