Responsibilities: • Preparation and processing of bi-weekly payroll and any payroll related queries. • Reconciliations including bank, income, debtors and creditors. • Advise new residents of the process of fee payments, ensuring all documentation appropriate for the collection of fees are in place prior to the admission taking place e.g. Direct Debit Mandates, Solicitors details, etc. • Manage cash lodgements (Resident payments) and credit card payments as appropriate. • Liaise with NHSO regarding Fair Deal for new residents, changes in Fair Deal assisting families with Fair Deal documentation. • Set up new employees on TMS (Time Point). • Approve time sheets for payroll. Adjust roster to reflect changes including checking AL, sick leave, maternity leave and any protected forms of leave for individual staff members. • Ensure all creditors are paid in a timely manner. • Liaise with head office to ensure budgets are adhered to at all times. • Maintain the petty cash, recording all disbursements and action reclaims to maintain the float. The successful candidate will undergo Garda Vetting for this role.
