Fine Turf Greenkeeper
To work as a member of a grounds maintenance team under the general direction of a Head Groundsperson and be responsible for undertaking both basic and skilled fine turf work in Parks, Playing Fields, Bowling Greens, Cricket grounds, landscaped areas and open spaces either individually or as part of a team. The post holder will be required to work flexibly regarding time, place and type of work assigned within the Borough in the field of amenity horticulture including the care and maintenance of buildings, sports equipment, sports facilities and general amenity areas and parks and work diligently, efficiently and effectively to achieve assigned personal and team tasks to the required quality and within the allotted timescale. The post holder will be required to develop personal competence in the maintenance and daily operations regarding fine turf and the use of plant and equipment required and provide customer care services at parks and sports grounds. Warehouse Operative Night Shift (WOPNS26/03) As we seek to develop and grow our business we wish to attract innovative, ambitious and hard-working individuals to consider a career with PRM Group. Responsibilities will include all warehousing tasks, picking, rework assembling, loading and unloading of chilled, ambient and frozen food products to provide a high service level to the customer. Previous experience in a similar role in the food industry, knowledge of food product, storage and rotation and good general education would be beneficial. A Reach Truck Licence would be advantageous. The role will involve lifting cases of product and working in a chilled environment. Hour of work are: Sunday – Thursday 11.00pm – 7.30am. BROTHERS OF CHARITY SERVICES –WEST REGION POSTS: 5 X PERMANENT PART-TIME COMMUNITY FACILITATORS (Instructor/Supervisor grade) BOYLE ADULT SERVICES (Boyle, Ballaghaderreen, Frenchpark areas) Ref: 83662 A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled. Locum Community Facilitator roles are also available. Location: Boyle Adult Services (Boyle, Ballaghaderreen, Frenchpark areas). Staff allocation could be either within residential/respite/day settings or in community services or in an individual’s own home. The appointee will initially commence working in one particular area of the Boyle Adult services and this work location may change due to future service needs. The Role: The Community Facilitator will be involved in the development and implementation of the educational, social, vocational, recreational and personal development goals for people supported in the service. The successful candidate will take a lead in the day to day coordination of the service and have responsibility to fill a key worker role for the people supported by the services. The successful candidate will work to get people supported involved in their local community developing active roles and increasing participation in their locality. Qualifications / Experience: Normal working hours are Monday – Friday. However weekend work may be required to meet the needs of the people we support or to achieve Personal Outcomes. Contracted hours of work are liable to change from 8am to 8pm over 7 days to meet the requirements of the programme. The Brothers of Charity Services model of service is based on Personal Outcome Measures requiring employees to be flexible in their working hours to provide a quality service delivery for each individual. Starting and finishing times will be as notified to you by the Line Manager. Annual Leave: 22 days per annum (pro-rata for part-time), i.e. 8.46 hours per 100 hours worked. Remuneration: Department of Health Instructor / Supervisor salary scales as at 01/03/2025 apply: €35,081 x 12 increments - €50,864 per annum (pro-rata for part-time). Executive Assistant - 1.0 WTE - Specified Purpose Contract until 31 December 2026 - Based in Harold’s Cross The Executive Assistant plays a key role in the All Ireland Institute of Hospice and Palliative Care (AIIHPC) providing full time diary management to the CEO and administrative support to the Office Manager and the wider AIIHPC Team, as required. The post holder is a point of contact with the Institute for the general public, member organisations, funders, key stakeholders, as a representative of AIIHPC. The Executive Assistant will use their own initiative to respond appropriately to queries and to filter enquiries as appropriate to the CEO, Office Manager or other team members. We have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Part-Time Dental Nurse to be part of our family run group of Practices and to join our team in 372 Cregagh Road, Belfast on a temporary basis. The successful applicant will work 24 hours per week from 8:30-5:30pm Tuesday to Thursday. As this is a Denplan practice, an enhanced hourly rate will be offered.
