We have an excellent opportunity for a Part Time Office Administrator working in our Support Office, Belfast. Working 22.5 hours per week between the hours of 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the running of day-to-day office operations including organising and maintaining physical and digital filing systems, assisting in scheduling meetings and conference room bookings, maintaining office supplies and reordering as needed. They will also support the HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks. In addition, the successful candidate will also be required to complete Reception duties including answering, screening and directing incoming phone calls, handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, maintain customer logs, and provide general information to customers, visitors and staff. Applications are invited for the following:- PERSON IN CHARGE Ref: 47/2025 Social Care Manager 1 / Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1) GRADE Permanent Full-Time (39 /37.5 hours per week) Location: Adults Residential Services, Cork City/suburbs The Purpose The Social care leader (SCL)/ Person in Charge (PIC) has overall responsibility for the effective governance, operational management, and regulatory compliance of a designated centre for people with intellectual disabilities. The PIC ensures the residents receive high quality, person centred care and support that promotes dignity, rights, independence and quality of life in accordance with the Organisations policies and procedures, the health act 2007 (as amended) and relevant national standards. The SCL/PIC will partake in and manage the roster effectively to ensure adequate staffing in line with the Statement of Purpose. It is essential that the PIC ensures that there is constant and appropriate cover available within the residential service at all times. The appointee may be required to work additional hours arising from the duties of the appointment and compensation for these hours by way of time off in lieu, to be taken in line with the policy. Thoracic Transplant Service Data Manager
Job Purpose This post is dedicated to Thoracic Transplant and VAD data management and will be a step towards aligning the service with key aims of HSE Digital Health Strategic Implementation plan particularly facilitation of collaboration, communication, and data sharing among healthcare professionals, leading to improved coordination of care and better decision-making all key requirements for safe Organ Donation and Transplant services. Note NSP 2025 has provided funding for a Transplant Centre Management Software application which is part of a wider ODTI strategy. This post will have a coordination role for roll out of this application at National Thoracic service. The Heart/Lung Transplant Data Manager is responsible for managing and analysing data related to the MMUH Heart and Lung Transplant, Heart Valve Tissue Bank and VAD service. This includes collecting, validating, and reporting on patient data to support Heart Lung Transplant Quality, Clinical Audit, research and quality improvement initiatives. They work with the multidisciplinary team to ensure data accuracy, integrity and to facilitate data-driven decision-making and achievement of KPIs.
