Warehouse Operative Night Shift (WOPNS26/03) As we seek to develop and grow our business we wish to attract innovative, ambitious and hard-working individuals to consider a career with PRM Group. Responsibilities will include all warehousing tasks, picking, rework assembling, loading and unloading of chilled, ambient and frozen food products to provide a high service level to the customer. Previous experience in a similar role in the food industry, knowledge of food product, storage and rotation and good general education would be beneficial. A Reach Truck Licence would be advantageous. The role will involve lifting cases of product and working in a chilled environment. Hour of work are: Sunday – Thursday 11.00pm – 7.30am. Locum Community Facilitator roles are also available. Location: Boyle Adult Services (Boyle, Ballaghaderreen, Frenchpark areas). Staff allocation could be either within residential/respite/day settings or in community services or in an individual’s own home. The appointee will initially commence working in one particular area of the Boyle Adult services and this work location may change due to future service needs. The Role: The Community Facilitator will be involved in the development and implementation of the educational, social, vocational, recreational and personal development goals for people supported in the service. The successful candidate will take a lead in the day to day coordination of the service and have responsibility to fill a key worker role for the people supported by the services. The successful candidate will work to get people supported involved in their local community developing active roles and increasing participation in their locality. Qualifications / Experience: Normal working hours are Monday – Friday. However weekend work may be required to meet the needs of the people we support or to achieve Personal Outcomes. Contracted hours of work are liable to change from 8am to 8pm over 7 days to meet the requirements of the programme. The Brothers of Charity Services model of service is based on Personal Outcome Measures requiring employees to be flexible in their working hours to provide a quality service delivery for each individual. Starting and finishing times will be as notified to you by the Line Manager. Annual Leave: 22 days per annum (pro-rata for part-time), i.e. 8.46 hours per 100 hours worked. Remuneration: Department of Health Instructor / Supervisor salary scales as at 01/03/2025 apply: €35,081 x 12 increments - €50,864 per annum (pro-rata for part-time).
