Job Description: Household Staff Position Title: Household Staff Reports To: Office Manager Job Summary: The Household Staff member is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment for all staff and visitors. This includes performing a variety of cleaning duties, ensuring all areas are well-maintained, and adhering to health and safety standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: · General Household: o Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in designated areas o Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures. o Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors. o Empty bins and recycling bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas. · Specialised Cleaning: o Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. o Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and handrails. · Stock and Inventory Management: o Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. o Report any shortages or needed repairs to team members and office manager. · Safety and Maintenance: o Adhere to all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. o Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions. · Other Duties: o Set up or take down tables and chairs for events as needed. o Perform deep cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis. o Assist with other duties as assigned by the office manager. Dental Surgeon, Senior Administrative
Details of Service HSE Dental Service provides oral healthcare, emergency and routine dental services to the eligible population of children under 16 years and adults with special needs. These services include emergency and routine dental care, oral health promotion, dental care to special needs groups, and public dental health services. The post holder will work as a part of a team of dentists, dental nurses, dental hygienists and administration staff and will liaise closely with medical, nursing and support staff in the organisation and delivery of primary dental care services. Reporting Relationship The post holder will report to the Senior Dental Surgeon Admin and to the Principal Dental Surgeon Key Working Relationships S/he will work closely with other Senior Dental Surgeons and will direct the work of General Dental Surgeon and Dental Hygienists in relation to the care of special needs patients. The post holder will also develop working relationships with other Health Care professionals in both community and hospital settings.
