However weekend work may be required to meet the needs of the people we support or to achieve Personal Outcomes. Contracted hours of work are liable to change from 8am to 8pm over 7 days to meet the requirements of the programme. Annual Leave: 22 days per annum (pro-rata for part-time), i.e. 8.46 hours per 100 hours worked. Project Manager: Virtual Services
Overall Purpose of the Post: Enable Ireland in partnership with the HSE seeks a Project Manager to develop a model for accessible and sustainable Virtual Services in collaboration with a small number of HSE funded Adult Disability service providers and within the current Adult Day Services framework. This is an exciting opportunity to work on an innovative project to identify the demand and need for online services to support adults with disabilities nationally. The Project Manager will adopt a co-design approach to undertake organisational needs analysis of current and future interest and need from participating organisations. They will share accessibility training resources, support access to Assistive Technology, support access to Enable Ireland’s current virtual service offerings and manage the development and delivery of 4 new online courses in partnership with participating organisations which will be informed by the organisational needs analysis. This is a hands-on Project Management role, where the post holder is expected to both lead and participate in the development of the project. Duties: The Virtual Services Project Manager will manage all aspects of project delivery to ensure successful delivery of the project objectives, including the management of relationships between the lead agencies: Enable Ireland and the HSE, the oversight group, participating partners, the external systems assessor, and others. The project consists of three stands: - Governance & oversight - Operations - Systems Assessment of current status and future potential of virtual services Terms & Conditions: Responsible to: Manager, National Assistive Technology Training Service Probation: A probationary period of 6 months applies, wherein three probationary meetings will take place to review your performance and suitability for appointment.
