The successful candidate will be part of a global team leading out on best-in-class global reward solutions. The primary focus and remit of the Reward Analyst will relate to OurShare, Kerry’s first All Employee Share Plan (ESPP), and specifically to support the increasing demand of Business-As-Usual Phase of OurShare operation and act as a key player in the further implementation and deployment of OurShare in 2024 and 2025.
