About the role This full‑time, fixed‑term role—based in Naas, Ireland and running until the end of December—sits within the central purchasing administration team. The position is responsible for ensuring that contracts with all direct vendors are correctly set up in the SAP system to enable order creation at site level. The procurement administration team works closely with buyers to gather all necessary information that contributes to an efficient ordering process. All captured data must be entered and maintained by the central purchasing administration team, with any anomalies investigated and resolved at source. Key responsibilities Consistently ensure accurate prices, including live contracts, are in place for all live SKUs across Europe T&N Sites. This includes making sure they are correctly set up, maintained, and approved within the system. Ensure the administration team meets weekly KPIs and that all Procurement Administration Processes are followed. Assist the procurement function by providing accurate and timely information and serving as a key liaison with sites. Resolve invoice queries within the defined SLAs, identifying and addressing the root causes. Act as a procurement knowledge resource for site Supply Chain teams across Europe and Ireland, offering information, guidance, and assistance on system, ordering, and pricing matters. Prepare for and participate in category team meetings. Qualifications and skills Essential 3rd level qualification in a related discipline combined 1-2 years of business experience (procurement and supply chain management qualification and experience preferred but not essential) Competent using Excel at an intermediate level.
