The Product Manager role sits in the Dairy Powders category within the Ingredients commercial team, and reports into the Category Manager - Whey. Tirlán is the largest producer of proteins in Ireland and one of the leading producers in Europe. The Protein product manager will look after Tirlán’s whey and milk protein portfolio by interacting with R&D, operations, quality, and finance teams. The primary focus is on leading, global customers in the sports, medical and lifestyle nutrition markets. As a Product Manager, you will bring value to the business by delivering customer driven innovation projects, managing new product introductions, and developing the opportunity pipeline, while working closely with the international sales team. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of working-from-home, working on-site, trade shows and customer visits. Your goal is to increase product profitability in your category by supporting the execution of the category strategy and driving delivery of the right customer opportunities. Main purpose of the role: Merchandise, rotate and face off all stock in assigned department while maintaining hygiene and food standards.
