The Assessment Solutions Design team work directly with clients and stakeholders to develop test requirements documents, client demos, test new features, develop internal tools, and providing training and documentation to both clients and internal teams alike. The post holder will work with internal teams to analyze and develop processes and tools to improve quality and reduce timelines and manual effort. They will work with others in the team to capture client specific requirements and develop them into a functional, high-quality computer-based examination that will give candidates the best possible examination experience. You will need to be able to work to deadlines with a good eye for detail and accuracy. Possessing technical and programming ability to build tools and resources to improve quality will be an advantage. Organization and strong communication skills are a must. Main Duties & Responsibilities: • Participate in the test design process, working with the client to capture requirements and managing and coordinating feedback and changes between clients and internal stakeholders. • Design and construct tests to client and channel specifications; assure accuracy and quality of finished product. • Troubleshoot software and operational problems; provide support to clients and client services on software and technical issues; special projects as assigned. •Identify and develop technical solutions to implement process and workflow improvements. • Import and distribute computer-based test resources; maintain meticulous control of test source code and revision histories. • Verify functionality of tests; design testing strategies for complex delivery or scoring methods. • Imbed third party applications into computer-based tests. Participate in integration and test teams. • Work with internal development teams to test and provide feedback on new features and assist directly in the development cycle of those features. • Train clients in the use of test construction software and provide on-going technical support. Essential Criteria: • IT/Computing Diploma highly desirable or equivalent work experience. • Good overall technical skills; working knowledge of MS suite, visual studio, Windows, and a wide variety of PC software, including advanced MS Office skills. • Programming knowledge and familiarity with any of the following languages would be a plus: Visual Basic (VBA), Javascript, C#, and HTML; Comfort working with API’s is desirable. • Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; detail oriented, flexible, and thorough. • Strong at assessing requirements of new projects. • Skilled at troubleshooting technical problems. • Ability to work effectively on a variety of tasks simultaneously. • Independent, resourceful worker. Technical After-Sales Support Rep

Job Description Multihog is a multi-purpose vehicle manufacturer based in Ireland. Due to expansion in various markets, we currently have a vacancy for a technical after-sales support rep to cover the late shift on our support team. Normal working hours for this position will be 2pm - 11pm, Monday to Friday. The role will primarily be based at our factory in Dundalk, but will require travel to our customers approx. 30% of the time, so applicants for this role must be willing to undertake regular international travel. A technical or mechanical aptitude is essential for this role. Your Role: As part of the sales support team, you will represent the company to our dealer network, and form an important link between our Irish factory and our worldwide dealer network. You will be the contact person for local dealers and customers, providing technical coaching and training, often on-site. Respond quickly to customer problems and assist with technical questions. Diagnose, troubleshoot and rectify issues related to Multihog equipment and attachments. Build positive relationships with customers and manage on-site installations, repair and maintenance work. Produce timely reports of customers you've assisted each day. Communicate effectively with the technical team at Multihog HQ to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Your Profile: Minimum of 5 years' experience in field technical support, customer support and dealer management. Great mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment and vehicles. Mechanical/technical qualification (degree or apprenticeship) is preferable, however proven field service experience is also sufficient. Knowledge of electronic and hydraulic systems, machinery and sales experience are all advantageous. Great problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Highly motivated with excellent communication skills. Hands-on, flexible approach with a strong willingness to travel.
