Job Background: To be responsible for the delivery and assessment of Bricklaying qualifications in accordance with standards laid down by the Awarding Organisation. To be responsible for ensuring each Programme participant has the opportunity to achieve accreditation in their vocational area which is necessary to progress in training and work. We support them to further their education (both internal and external to the Service) and to build their independent living skills if this is their choice. A major focus of the Support Worker role is to assist and support people who use the Service with the development of their own Individual Plan and supporting them to achieve their own Personal Outcome goals.
