We are looking for a high performing HR Specialist to join our Ballytivnan Team in Sligo on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will support the HR department and site departments to ensure that effective systems and processes are in place to drive the business. A snapshot of your key responsibilities as HR Specialist would be: Provide HR System Support and Management for the site Responsible for co-ordination of employee induction & onboarding process Management and streamlining of HR processes/systems including HR Metrics, Key Performance Indicators, Time and Attendance, Communications, Presentations, SharePoint Proactively lead and support Ireland HR integration projects/activities successfully within identified timeframe. Support & lead engagement and well-being programmes across the site and Ireland sites as required Support the design, development and implementation of employee engagement programs and HR Initiatives relating to site HR strategy. Work with respective department managers to ensure Local/National, European and Corporate HR policies, procedures and laws are being adhered to. Support the design, development and implementation leadership training programs as required. Support the Performance management process for respective site and ensure all Divisional due dates are compiled to. Qualifications So, what do you need to do this role? Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or other relevant discipline and CIPD Membership. 3+ years of related work experience as a HR Business Partner/Generalist/Specialist with a strong understanding of core HR policies & procedure. Development of process control recipes for NPIs and optimisation of existing commercial process recipes. Ensure new processes are designed and implemented to meet manufacturing, quality and EHS regulatory standards. Adhere to and supports all EHS&E standards, procedures and policies. Qualifications Education & Experience: A relevant third level Degree in chemical engineering, process engineering or related technical discipline required. Masters or PhD preferable. Ideally, 3 years experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry. Recent high calibre graduates with strong technical depth will be considered. Relevant experience in batch processing, automation, technical transfers, scale-up, commissioning and validation in a cGMP pharmaceutical industry. Experience in new product introductions to pharmaceutical facilities is desirable. Demonstrated project management skills, including delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting the predefined quality requirements.
