Purpose of the role The Learning & Development (L&D) Business Partner will have a strategic and hands-on role in shaping, delivering, and embedding a high-performance learning culture across Children’s Health Ireland. The L&D Business Partner will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure learning aligns with business objectives, HR strategic goals, is accessible to all, and is well measured, reported, and continuously improved. A key responsibility of this role includes the successful implementation, governance, and continuous management and improvement of CHI’s Learning Management System (LMS). This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and governance of all learning activities, including the implementation and lifecycle management of the Learning Management System (LMS).
