HR Officer
We are recruiting for a HR Officer to join our team. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Officer will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities in line with the departments KPIs and company’s World Class vision. This HR Officer role will involve supporting management to cover a wide range of HR matters within the business, including implementation of policies and procedures, employee relations, end-to-end recruitment processes and key projects. This role will involve managing multiple employee relations matters at times, therefore it is essential for the successful candidate to be highly organised with the ability to prioritise, be approachable, empathetic and highly accurate, ensuring line managers have the best support dealing with complex issues with knowledge of current NI employment legislation. Production Operative
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our growing Production team on a permanent and temporary basis. The purpose of this role is to operate as part of our expanding team in the production of precast concrete products in accordance with Company standards and targets, adhering to the daily production plan e.g., preparing moulds, pouring concrete, producing all planned products, carrying out tasks effectively and meeting health and safety standards. As part of our growing team, you will be contributing to the construction Industry and also award-winning projects across the UK and Ireland. Hours of work: 12hr Shift (Pattern 1) 4-day week (6am-6pm) Mon-Thurs and 3-day week Thur-Sat (6am-6pm with Saturday being 6am-5pm). (Pattern 2) 4-day week Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat (6am – 6pm with Saturday being 6am – 5pm) and 3-day week Tues-Thurs (6am – 6pm). Pattern of work will be agreed following successful interview. Shift allowance will be payable. Hours of work will be confirmed following successful interview, as per needs of the business. Job responsibilities: To comply with the SHEQ Safety, Health, Environment and Quality management system To participate in all aspects of the Operational Excellence approach. To operate as part of the team to achieve the adherence to the daily production plan e.g., moulds prepared, all planned products produced, tasks being carried out efficiently etc. To participate in any training as agreed per the plan. To communicate daily with the Team Leader on production progress. To complete all daily required production records e.g., Timesheets. To achieve an acceptable level of housekeeping. To participate in continue improvement and problem-solving initiative. Ability to work flexibly within the Production department and work within any area required. Essential Criteria: Previous experience within a manufacturing, construction, or agricultural industry. (or) Experience within a relevant role to the position. Understanding of Health & Safety at work. Flexibility in working hours and strong adaptability skills. Good Communication and teamwork experience. Willing to clean and maintain work area. An understanding of both written and spoken English. Desirable Criteria: (The following skills would be an advantage however training will be provided) Any suitable skills to the post will be considered. Work experience in civil engineering related projects The ability to read technical drawings/construction drawings. Experience with hand/air and power tools. Counterbalance forklift licence or overhead crane licence. CSR / First Aid / Fire Warden Training. Caredoc is seeking to employ a Physiotherapist to work as part of their multidisciplinary Community Intervention Team (CIT) Post: Physiotherapist Caredoc CIT is a specialist, multidisciplinary team which provides an acute rapid response to patients with acute illness who require enhanced care for a defined short period of time. The aims of the CIT service are to facilitate early hospital discharge and hospital attendance/admission avoidance. Care is arranged in the patient’s place of residence or in a local primary care centre as deemed appropriate. The Wexford CIT service, through its fast-tracked provision of services provides our patients with a blended model of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and Nursing care. Referrals are accepted from the acute hospitals and General Practitioners. The CIT Physiotherapists work with patients and carers, to support the patient to remain in their own home. The focus is on maintaining or increasing independence and the ability to carry out daily living tasks. The CIT work in collaboration with colleagues across the acute, community and primary care areas.
