Process & Program Development Develop and enforce standards of performance, rules of engagement, and account management best practices. Requirements: Proven experience in sales operations, finance, or compensation planning, preferably in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, model performance scenarios, and forecast compensation impacts. This role is responsible for ensuring customers have an excellent experience from the moment they enter our clinic, taking blood samples from both private and corporate clients. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS). • Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent. • Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation. • Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments. • Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic. • Proactively drive sales and exceed targets. • Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately. • Demonstrate high IT literacy in order to manager various software systems and daily tasks.
