We have two opportunities in the Cosmetic Technologies Team. What will you do? The Cosmetics Formulation Chemist will be responsible for developing cosmetic formulations across Oriflame’s core technologies. This role will involve working with both R&D and Marketing Teams to deliver consumer relevant, highly inspiring and scientifically advanced formulations that will add value to Oriflame’s consumers across our geographical footprint. The chemist will participate in Oriflame’s Innovation process; gathering, interpreting technical insights and utilizing his/her creativity to provide innovative products/concepts for the future product development pipeline What we offer in our programme What do we offer? Gain an understanding and practical experience in conducting ingredient safety risk assessments for Cosmetic products in line with strict EU safety standards and international regulations. Working with a team of experts in a global Research & Development Cosmetic Laboratory. Skillset Development Opportunities: Development of strong organizational & administrative capability by working in a fast-paced environment. Development of self-motivation skills, learning to prioritise workload and work in a stage gate project management process. Working as part of a multi-cultural team the candidate will develop Team player capabilities and learn the ability to act on own initiative.
