The post holder will be responsible for the provision of a speech and language therapy service to include assessment diagnostics and intervention to children with a range of disabilities, clinical supervision and participate in ongoing service delivery. The post holder will be required to work across a variety of settings including the Centre, preschools, schools, special schools, children’s homes and community settings. The post holder will act as a positive and supportive team leader in their specialism, using their clinical reasoning skills to provide specialist support and advice to colleagues to support the development of their knowledge and skills, whilst maintaining a clinical caseload on the Children’s Disability Network Team.
