(If required) • Responding to Customer call-out service requests. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: • Be physically fit and capable of working from ladders and in confined spaces. • Excellent Customer communication skills with ability to work under pressure. • Computer experience for recording work completed on Service System via our CRM. • Full clean driving license is an advantage. • Safe Pass is an advantage. • Manual Handling is an advantage. • B2 level of English or higher. • Eligible to work in Ireland. Duties for this role include general service to guests at night, including the smooth and efficient running of reception to the rules of our Standard Operating Procedures ( SOP). Cleaning up and re-setting function rooms after functions and general assistant to food & beverage staff during working hours. To supervise / manage the team working under you, the ideal candidate will be used to working nights, have some supervisory skills and have a fluent level of English. About the Role The role will involve supporting the An Post HGV Network Fleet as the need arises. The position will require full compliance with standard operating procedures and achievement of work standards to ensure An Post’s Quality of Service Targets are met. CE Licence starting rate of pay is €17.36 per hour, plus additional payment for irregular hours. Candidate Specification Candidates must have a full and clean CE driving licence and up to date CPC Accreditations.
