In addition to the below responsibilities, you will provide support for the Head of Brand & Marketing and Brand team on all areas of marketing and brand activity to help deliver the annual brand and marketing strategy and plan. This role will be based in our Ennis HQ with flexible working from home options available. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the following: • Talent Attraction- provide campaign support to the Senior Marketing Executive in line with our healthcare talent attraction strategies. • Coordination of data for monthly Brand & Marketing reports and analysis - Demonstrating the value of marketing activities • Social media- Support with research, content development, calendar planning. Own the moderation & community management of our social media pages including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok. Take ownership for developing the content schedule and creation for our TikTok channel. • Website- Manage content uploads and new page requirements for our websites. Support ongoing site maintenance and development. • Content Marketing - Support with the development and execution of Blogs, Reports etc. Work with the team to develop new Content Marketing ideas and initiatives, with the twin aims of strengthening our brand and database growth. • CRM – become a CRM Super User, providing support on talent attraction & engagement processes, talent nurture, mailers, and new initiatives. • Manage existing brand collateral stock and organise re-ordering in line with business requirements, ensuring all stock is eco-friendly, including the development of new collateral for the business (source, design and print). • Support the coordination of events, open days, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required. Provide support as required to positive impact initiatives across the business and externally. • Develop graphics internally as required. Work with external graphic designers to produce marketing material of impact and within brand guidelines. • Carry out research into the competitive landscape to isolate best-in-class marketing practices, suggesting campaigns/content marketing initiatives based on findings. The Ideal Candidate: • Minimum of 18 months experience in a fast-paced marketing role. •3rd level qualification in marketing /business or a related field. •Self-motivated, energetic person with a ‘can do’ attitude. •Excellent organisation and time management skills, with a track record of working on multiple projects to deadlines •Strong communication and interpersonal skills •Results orientated, solutions focused and proactive. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team •Experience with CRM and tools/platforms used for creatives, email marketing & social media an advantage So… What makes us different?
