No problem, we provide full in-house training and settle you into your new role by offering ‘buddy shifts’ with experienced Care Professionals.  The buddy shifts will comprise of senior care professionals accompanying you on your first few shifts, helping you and guiding you to build practical care skills. We will also endeavour to pair you with non-complex clients (companionship and meal preparation).  Should you wish to stay with us when you start or return to college in September, we will also endeavour to continue to give you part time hours to suit your needs.  As a CAREGiver you will provide a range of services to our home based clients including companionship, meal preparation, household duties and personal care.  We offer flexible hours, flexible working locations and more!
