We are currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative and organised person to join our Office Administration team in our Cork office. This is a varied role involving reception, office admin and support for Directors and Managers . We are looking for someone who has a confident and positive attitude, who has excellent time management skills, the ability to multitask and is a strong team player. Assisting Directors / Managers • Assisting Directors & Project Managers, when required, for typing / binding / organising, re-searching and events. • Compiling & posting contracts and insurance documents Assisting Office Manager • Providing admin support to Office Manager • Recording & updating employee information • Assisting in HR duties Requirements • Experience of 3 years or more in a similar role. • Strong Word / PowerPoint / Outlook/Excel knowledge • Good communication/interpersonal skills • Excellent organisational abilities • Experience in accounts would be an advantage
