The Person EZ Living Furniture are looking to recruit a competent & enthusiastic Store Manager with a strong retail sales background to join & lead our dynamic team in our new Cavan Store. This challenging and rewarding position involves supporting a team of sales people in reaching and exceeding both personal and company targets, while ensuring all day-to-day activities required for the smooth running and development of our store are completed. Facilities Maintenance Person
Overall Purpose of the Post: The Facilities Maintenance Person will be responsible for the general maintenance and repairs of the building, the hydrotherapy pool, plant room areas and grounds at Enable Ireland Cavan Services. They will also provide pool attendant duties for which specific training will be provided if required. This role is to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities to a high standard, in compliance with Health & Safety legislation and protocols. Duties: Premises Maintenance Terms & Conditions: Responsible to: Children’s Disability Network Manager or delegate Probation: A probationary period of 6 months applies, wherein three probationary meetings will take place to review your performance and suitability for appointment. The probationary period may be extended or terminated for any reason at Enable Ireland’s discretion. Salary: The current salary scale for this post is €28,952 to €32,189 pro rata per annum. This pay scale is subject to increases in 2024 in accordance with the recent WRC interim agreement (Ref CAM -100101-22 ) towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations. Annual leave: Annual leave entitlement is 30 days pro rata per annum and proportionately less for less than 12 months service. Pension Scheme: Enable Ireland operates a contributory pension scheme which all employees may join on earlier of 1st July or 1st January following start date. Medical: The successful candidate will be required to undergo a medical assessment. Garda Clearance/Police Clearance: These will be required for all prospective employees who will undertake relevant work or activities relating to children or vulnerable persons. Sick Pay: (If applicable) Redeployment All periods of sickness exceeding two days must be medically certified. Weekly medical certificates are required thereafter. The Company reserves the right to have you examined by its own Doctor after 3 months continuous sick leave. Upon completion of 6 months continuous service with the Company sick pay will be as follows: Full pay less social welfare for the first 13 weeks of sickness in any 12 month rolling period and half pay less social welfare for a further (13) weeks of sickness absence in the same 12 month rolling period In exceptional circumstances the organisation reserves the right to redeploy you to an alternative role that is suitable to your skills and experience.

This role will be based at our US Head Office in Kearneysville, West Virginia but will involve travel to events in across the US. This is a full-time, permanent position. As Marketing & Events Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to and developing online and offline marketing campaigns to promote our diverse product ranges. In this fast paced and varied role key tasks will include: The Role: • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build lasting digital connections with US consumers. • Launch paid advert campaigns through Google AdWords, Meta, etc. to help achieve company objectives. • Be actively involved in SEO efforts in the US. • Assist in planning and monitoring the ongoing US company presence on all social media platforms. • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organise their distribution through various channels. • Measure the performance of all digital marketing activates using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics. • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date. • Assisting in the organisation of and attending events and exhibitions in the US. • Monitor the effectiveness of advertising, exhibitions, and PR events through ROI analysis. • Prepare materials for use by Randox representatives in presentations, conferences, and customer analysis. • Liaise with Corporate HQ marketing team as required to promote Randox products and understand the central marketing strategy. • Collaborate with customer service teams to refine marketing strategies and enhance consumer satisfaction through engagement and consumer feedback. The Candidate: Essential: • Qualified to at least degree level in a Marketing, Business or Communications related subject. • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar roles. • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. • Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO / SEM. • Excellent understanding of web analytics tools. • Excellent attention to detail. • Analytical mindset and critical thinking. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
