HGV Drivers
Duties are as follows: Operate and drive heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) to transport goods to various locations Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws while on the road Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues before and after each trip Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers Maintain accurate driving logs and documentation Essential Qualifications: HGV driving license Good knowledge of road safety regulations Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Excellent communication skills Desired Experience: Previous experience as an HGV driver preferred Minimum of 1-3 years of driving experience Remuneration is €34,000 per annum. We are currently recruiting for a Goods in Operative role on a Permanent Full-Time basis in Value Centre Cavan. BWG Foods owns and operates the SPAR, EUROSPAR, MACE, Londis and XL brands in the Republic of Ireland, working in partnership with independent retailers with more than 1,000 stores serving local communities right across the country. The stores serve in excess of one million shoppers every single day. The wholesale division of BWG Foods also includes BWG Foodservice, Corrib Food Products and Williams Gate, as well as Value Centre and 4 Aces, our nationwide network of Cash and Carry branches.
