1. THE ROLE This role provides support to the judiciary, staff and members of the public who attend Letterkenny Courthouse and Buncrana Courthouse. 2. Where a review of a selection process has taken place under Section 7 (as detailed below), a complainant may not seek a further review of the same process under Section 8, other than in the most exceptional circumstances that will be determined by the Commission for Public Service Appointments (CPSA) at its sole discretion .
