MERC Partners has been retained to find an inspirational and enabling leader of Focus Ireland’s services organisation to build on the organisation’s legacy and realise its ambitions to challenge homelessness and change lives. DIRECTOR OF SERVICES Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Director of Services will provide strategic leadership and operational control across the organisation’s core service areas of Family Services, Youth Homelessness, Housing First, long and short-term housing support and the provision of advice and information. A proven leader is required with a track record, at a senior level, of achievement in strategic planning, managing teams, budgets, delivery of services and projects on time in a dynamic environment. The preferred candidate will ensure that the customer is at the forefront of service delivery, will have proven ability to motivate staff in a challenging and diverse environment and the capacity to drive and manage change successfully.
