Youth Advocate Programmes Ireland CLG have a vacancy for a Temporary Human Resources Administrator (6 months Contract) Youth Advocate Programmes (YAP) Ireland is a ‘not for profit’ organisation that provides a needs-led family support service which uses the strengths-based approach to improve the lives of young people and their families in their community. Qualifications/ Work Experience Essential: A 3rd Level Qualification in Human Resources or related field. At least 2-3 years experience in a Human Resources Administration. Job Purpose  We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated HR Executive Administrator to join the GOAL HQ HR team. The HR EA plays a key role in assisting the team to deliver a fast, effective, and customer-focused service to GOAL employees based in Ireland, UK, Africa, Middle East and Latin America. The role also provides extensive administrative support to GOAL’s Director of People and Organisation Development. This role is an ideal opportunity for a recent HR graduate, or administrator, who is now looking to develop their experience further and grow their career in HR. The roel is initially offered as a 12 month fixed term contract We offer our employees flexible working with our hybrid model, we require our HQ employees to  work 2 days  per week from our HQ office in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin.
