The Hospital is inviting applications for the following post: Clinical Midwife Manager 2 -Community Midwifery Service 0.5 WTE Overall job role: The position of CMM 2 in the community is pivotal in the development and coordination of a woman-focused and midwifery-led care within our defined geographical catchment area and across the birth continuum. They are responsible for the co-ordination and management of community based services, alongside the development and promotion of the supported model of care (The National Maternity Strategy, 2016) Responsibility and oversight for community services includes midwife-led clinics, intrapartum care, the Early Transfer Home service and the team of midwives currently defined as the Domino team.
