Because of this huge undertaking, we rely on highly advanced systems as well as the very best talent to make sure our businesses continue to run smoothly.  About the role As a Craft Technician in our talented team at Nangor Road you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective maintenance, repair, problem solving and improvement of assets and their availability across the site.  Your role will allow you to implement maintenance programmes that support and improve asset performance and utilisation.  You’ll be at the forefront of working with industrial plant maintenance, conveying systems, steam generation and distribution systems, heat exchange systems, high speed packaging plant and automated control systems  You’ll have asset responsibility that can be both process plants and production lines supporting the production of 4.2 million cases over 4 brands and 300 SKU’s.  You'll be responsible for responding promptly and appropriately to plant breakdown situations, analyse, fault find and repair route cause problems to ensure downtime is minimized.  You'll Accurately record and promptly report the outcome of maintenance problems, via the SAP maintenance system, to facilitate the sharing of best practice.  Health and safety compliance is key and you’ll be at the forefront of making sure this is monitored alongside other KPI’s and targets.  About you We’re looking for someone who can work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in situations where they can solve problems. You’ll be able to push forward your own ideas about improvements to current approaches and appraise new opportunities. You’ll have the drive to make a positive difference to manufacturing excellence and show your excellent communication skills.
