Executive Assistant We are looking for an executive assistant in our Dublin office to fill in for maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and very organised. This is a part time role working Tuesday-Thursday for at least six months. Key Responsibilities: Travel coordination – booking hotels, transport, arranging visas and passport renewal, etc. Updating travel tracker quarterly for Taxi requirements Assisting with diary management and appointments Screening phone calls, enquiries, requests, emails, post and handling them when appropriate. Co-ordinating quarterly IT management meeting in the UK, preparing agenda in advance and actions after the meeting. Arranging all hotel and dinner requirements for all attendees. Onsite and offsite meeting co-ordination in Dublin and while travelling. Looking after visitors when they arrive. Managing and updating monthly IT Budget, retrieving the information off Qlikview and maintaining the spreadsheet. Meeting with John and contacting staff with any queries that arise on the budget on behalf of John. Visa and Cash monthly expense management. Updating the IT Org structure confidentially as required. On rota to cover for breaks and lunches on reception Ad hoc admin support Desired Skills and Qualifications: Must have minimum 5+ years’ experience as an executive assistant Strong abilities in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Word, Excel Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Our Vision and Values The people that make up Ardagh Group share much more than a strong brand and an excellent reputation.
