Digital Marketing Officer


Description Reporting to the Digital Programme Manager, you will be central to the delivery and execution of Jigsaw’s communications, fundraising, youth mental health promotion and emental health strategies. Working with our internal teams you will help develop and execute stand-out digital content that will increase awareness and trust of Jigsaw and will help promote our mission and achieve our strategic objectives. As a proactive self-starter, you will be a creative and persuasive communicator with a strong focus on developing sustainable relationships with a wide range of internal and external audiences in line with our vision for Jigsaw to bring about an Ireland where every young person’s mental health is valued and supported. Give effective feedback and provide mentoring to junior members of the team, as and when required. Key Accountabilities You are proficient with industry standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, etc). You are comfortable in conducting and analysing quantitative and qualitative research, including usability testing, stakeholder interviewing, and behavioural/conversion analysis. You are comfortable working in the Agile methodology and side-by-side with product managers, developers and designers on a daily basis. You have experience in designing solutions and understand native mobile (iOS and Android) and responsive website best practices. You are comfortable communicating your design work and rationale behind design solutions. And most important of all, a team player.
