Key duties include meticulously documenting faults, maintaining testing equipment, and communication any issues or potential improvements to the quality assurance team. The goal is to prevent substandard products from reaching customers and to contribute to the overall quality of the manufacturing process. The overall job function is to ensure that all products manufactured by Denroy, meet customer’s expectations for quality and delivery, and that the quality department consistently maintains KPIs.
