HPE Cyber Security is looking to recruit undergrads for a 3 month Summer Internship commencing in June 2020. The mission of the Cyber Security organization in Hewlett Packard Enterprise is to protect the company with world-class, extensible security capabilities and advance HPE's business objectives by effectively managing risk. We do this by constantly monitoring, assessing and responding to cyber threats directed towards HPE and implementing mitigating controls. Key Responsibilities Our program is designed to mentor and develop talented individuals with strong leadership potential and strategic thinking capability. HPE’s Cyber Security organization is seeking Summer Interns (3 months – Starting June) for its 2020 program, to join our world-class team that protects HPE’s network and sensitive data from cyberattacks through prevention and/or immediate detection. Interns will be assigned challenging positions and projects with exposure to Security Operations and Engineering, Code Signing, Threat Management, and Risk and Compliance functions. We are looking for energetic, highly motivated individuals who are working to complete a Bachelor's level (or equivalent) degree. We are looking for an intern who can provide a minimum three month commitment to ensure successful delivery of our Daffodil Day street sales campaign in 2019. Daffodil Day, Irelands largest fundraising campaign, encompasses a host of different events, and we are looking for someone to assist in the management of our Daffodil Day volunteers. Each year thousands of supporters come together to sell Daffodils on the streets across Ireland and fight cancer. The day helps raise millions of euro to support for the Society’s free, nationwide services for those with, and affected by, cancer in Ireland. Daffodil Day 2020 is on March 27th Main Duties: Full training will be provided.
