About the role This role is responsible for leading the sales support team in Central Europe to ensure the commercial team can provide a best-in-class service to our customers. Sales support is an extension of the sales function; their primary purpose is to manage customer requests in relation to existing and potential opportunities on behalf of Sales teams, as well as increase capacity and productivity for the team by handling an effective pipeline management, data quality and best practices.
