Job Description Due to the continued growth of our company we are are looking for an Experienced Bookkeeper /Accounts Assistant to join our Taxability Accountancy team in the Ballyjamesduff, Co-Cavan Office on a full time basis (37.5 hours per week). Prior experience working in an accounts based role would be a strong advantage but not essential. The successful candidate needs to be self-motivated, highly organised, and have excellent attention to detail and be able to multi task. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, particularly Word and Excel. Experience using accounting software (Quickbooks , Sage etc) would also be desirable. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The team will also support the set-up and integration of new properties and assets from the Facility Capital Projects and Infrastructure Delivery teams into Facilities Operations. Reporting to the Facilities and Security Senior Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for and oversee the delivery of a broad range of key technical and support services for Facilities including asset management, health and safety, sustainability / energy management, technology, technical standards and business continuity. The role is highly collaborative and will work with the Facilities team and and other business units within Uisce Éireann such as Sustainability, HSQE and IT to drive the strategic direction for the function. Quality Assurance/Quality Control · Collaborate with NCRI departments to drive quality improvement initiatives from data quality measurement outputs and/or data quality audits. · Stay informed of current HIQA national standards for data collection. · Keep up to date with cancer registration coding. · Conduct regular reviews of agreed datasets and processes to enhance performance and delivery of outputs. · Assist in running and coordinating the results of quality checklists. · Perform quality assurance checks on system tables relevant to routine work. · Review and validate patient demographic data from external sources, updating patient registrations as appropriate.
