A Housing Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of housing services, tenant satisfaction, and organisational compliance. A Housing Officer is responsible for managing various aspects of housing; conducting audits, addressing anti-social behaviour, maintaining positive relationships with local partners, attending meetings on behalf of Choice, promoting tenant involvement, resolving complaints and disputes, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating with maintenance teams, and enforcing tenancy agreements. Essential criteria:- Completed application forms should be returned by 5pm on 29th May 2026.
