Housing Apprenticeship (37hrs/week) - 2 years’ Fixed-Term Hourly rate: £12.71p/h Job Reference: HA/9925/0426 Our Housing Apprenticeship will be the first step on your career path to becoming a Housing Officer. A Housing Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of housing services, tenant satisfaction, and organisational compliance. A Housing Officer is responsible for managing various aspects of housing; conducting audits, addressing anti-social behaviour, maintaining positive relationships with local partners, attending meetings on behalf of Choice, promoting tenant involvement, resolving complaints and disputes, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating with maintenance teams, and enforcing tenancy agreements. The Commercial Motor Industry The servicing, maintenance, repair and installation of the mechanical and electrical equipment of commercial vehicles. At the end of the apprenticeship, the craftsperson will be able to demonstrate competence in the following skills: • Servicing: Carry out manufacturer’s service schedule. Complete a vehicle report form • Engine: Carry out compression tests. Remove/overhaul cylinder heads. Diagnose turbo charger faults and remove/repair and replace components • Diesel Fuel System: Remove/test and refit/replace injectors. Remove/replace diesel injection components.
