During the apprenticeship, you will learn: Surface Preparation: Inspecting, sanding, de-nibbing, stripping and repairing timber and manufactured boards. Material Selection & Mixing: Safely measuring, mixing and colour-matching paints, lacquers, stains, primers and polyurethanes. Spray Application: Developing professional spray techniques using specialist equipment in a dedicated extraction booth. Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning, maintaining and servicing spray guns, lines, pumps and booth equipment. Quality Control: Inspecting finished work under optimal lighting and identifying common paint and finish defects. Candidate Profile No previous spraying or finishing experience is required, as full training will be provided.
