This position is ideal for individuals currently working as Line Leaders, Team Leaders or Supervisors who enjoy leading people on the production floor while remaining hands‑on with operations. Reporting to a Production Supervisor, you will coordinate day‑to‑day activities on the floor, support team performance, and ensure batches are completed correctly in line with company and client requirements. You will act as a role model for GMP and quality excellence, while helping to train and develop others and drive continuous improvement within designated operations. What you’ll be doing **All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, or hold a valid visa/work permit that allows you to work in the UK with no restrictions** Additional Information During periods of additional work requests this role will require additional coverage beyond normal working hours.
