Purpose of the post Assist with the preparation and service of meals to the hospital at the required time in accordance with the hospital and statutory standards. Supervise Chef’s and other relevant staff within the Catering Department in the performance of their duties and conformity with the hospital and statutory standards. To deputise in the absence of Catering Officer.
