As we accelerate our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a strategic, commercially astute senior executive to lead the expansion of our brand into high-value corporate and hospitality partnerships. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who can spot growth potential, influence at senior levels, and drive sustainable, profitable partnerships while collaborating across operations, brand, and commercial teams. As Corporate Business Manager , you will own and develop a significant region with high-growth potential. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and authority, responsible for expanding market presence and deepening client relationships at strategic levels. We are looking for a confident self-starter, a proven performer who thrives on results, builds credibility quickly, and can influence decision-makers across diverse sectors. Your Core Responsibilities · Develop and execute a regional growth strategy across Ireland and NI in line with company objectives. · Identify and secure strategic new partnerships in the corporate and foodservice sectors. · Manage and grow key account relationships, acting as a senior brand ambassador. · Lead the full commercial process, from prospecting and proposal to contract and implementation. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and operational excellence. · Track performance metrics and pipeline, reporting to senior leadership on growth KPIs. · Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, advising the business on strategic positioning. · Represent our brand with confidence in boardrooms and on-site. What You Will Bring · Minimum 2 years in a senior B2B commercial or strategic account role, ideally within the hospitality, foodservice, or catering sectors. · Experience working across corporate and enterprise-level clients. · A track record of delivering revenue growth and long-term client value. · Strong negotiation and influencing skills at senior stakeholder level. · Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives from pitch to delivery. · Commercial maturity, confidence, and business insight. · Entrepreneurial mindset, driven, focused, adaptable. Coffee experience is not essential but sector knowledge and commercial impact are.
