This role will be onsite. Located at one of our state of the art facilities, this role reports to the Site Quality Head and supports the delivery of our Quality functions. A key deliverable of Quality is reducing the occurrence of defects against the Quality Standard across all functions. The opportunity will involve working as part of a Quality team in driving a ‘Right First Time’ culture and performance in a plant environment by ensuring that processes and operations meet customer requirements. The Dispatcher will assist in providing a multifunctional service to the public by determining the response to calls for service. The role holder is empowered to allocate the most appropriate resource when required using radio, telephone and computer aided dispatch systems. The role holder’s will be communicating with police officers mainly from Constable to Inspector level to brief officers regarding incidents and tasking to scenes.

Corporate Sales Executive
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Acquisition and Relationship Management • Identify and pursue new corporate clients through networking, referrals and outbound sales efforts. • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Sales & Revenue Generation • Deliver and exceed commercial targets for W5’s corporate business. • Identify, target, and secure new business from national and international conferences, meetings, and corporate clients. • Develop tailored event packages and hospitality offers to meet client needs and maximise income. • Support strategic planning and pipeline management for sustained sales growth. Client Relationship Management • Act as the primary contact for corporate clients, from initial enquiry through to event delivery. • Build long-term client relationships and manage post-event follow-up to maximise retention. • Maintain an active CRM database of prospects and existing clients. Experience & Event Coordination • Collaborate with internal teams including F&B, Operations, Creative and Learning & Engagement to ensure seamless logistics and high-end service. • Ensure all events meet W5’s standards of excellence and reflect our BEET values. • Facilitate site visits and proposals, converting interest into confirmed bookings. Analysis & Reporting • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings and client expectations. • Work with the Finance and Analytics teams to track sales performance, identify trends, and shape sales strategy. • Produce timely reports (monthly/annual) on sales, pipeline, client engagement and ROI. Marketing & Promotion • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing plans to position W5 as a premier venue. Provide feedback to enhance event offerings. • Provide input on sales and marketing collateral. • Represent W5 at relevant networking, tourism, and industry events. General Duties • Support the wider Operations team as needed. • Ensure alignment with the Odyssey Trust’s policies on Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and Equality. • Be flexible in undertaking other duties as required by your line manager. All OTC staff are expected to: • Maintain excellent working relationships with other staff and volunteers. • Ensure the delivery of BEET to all our customers and be committed to the Odyssey ethos and objectives. • Be committed to and work in accordance with our Safeguarding, Health & Safety, Equality and other established policies and procedures. • Be flexible undertake such other duties that may be required including working evenings, weekends and public holidays. SELECTION CRITERIA Essential Criteria • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a corporate, premium or B2B sales role, with a proven track record of meeting KPIs and sales targets. • Proven ability to initiate, build and maintain effective client and partner relationships at all levels. • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to work independently under pressure. • Excellent negotiation and closing skills. • IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Office; comfortable using CRM systems. • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required. • Access to personal transport or the ability to attend off-site meetings. Desirable Criteria • Experience in the events, tourism, hospitality or attractions sector. • Knowledge of hybrid/virtual event platforms such as Zoom or Teams. • Awareness of sustainability practices within event delivery. • Qualification in Sales, Business, Tourism, Marketing or related discipline. • CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
