Eligibility Criteria Qualifications and/ or experience: 1. Professional Qualifications, Experience, etc. (a) Eligible applicants will be those who on the closing date for the competition: (i) Possess the BSc in Clinical Measurement from Dublin Institute of Technology. OR (ii) Possess the BSc in Clinical Measurement from Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin). OR (iii) Possess an equivalent relevant scientific qualification (Level 8) as confirmed by the Irish Institute of Clinical Measurement Services (IICMS). OR (iv) Possess the Certificate in Medical Physics and Physiological Measurement (MPPM) from Dublin Institute of Technology. OR (v) An equivalent relevant scientific qualification (Level 8) as confirmed by the Irish Institute of Clinical Measurement Science (IICMS) awarded in or before 2005. (See Note 1) AND (vi) All candidates must have a minimum of 5 years fulltime (or an aggregate of 5 years fulltime) relevant post qualification experience. Under the direction of the relevant IHA Service Lead / IHA Manager, the post holder will play a critical leadership role in restoring public confidence, strengthening governance arrangements and embedding a culture of safety, transparency and continuous improvement across CAMHS services within IHA Kerry. The Clinical Project Facilitator position is pivotal to the rollout and implementation of North Kerry, Look Back Review Report and in the rollout of future regional clinical projects as directed by the IHA Lead / IHA Manager.
