The DPO will have oversight of Three’s data protection governance framework and will advise the business and senior management on all matters relating to the protection of personal data. The role exists to ensure that Three meets its business objectives while complying with applicable data protection laws and best practice. The DPO will act as the primary point of contact with the Data Protection Commission and other relevant supervisory authorities and will ensure that senior management is appropriately informed of data protection risks, obligations, and developments.
