Retail Assistant

In this role you will be the face of The Range delivering great service and promoting The Range as a unique one-stop shopping experience. What are we looking for? Executive Planner

Deliver an exceptional level of customer service at all times. Skills and Experience Leaving Certificate standard (as a minimum). A level 7 qualification or working towards is desirable but not a pre-requisite. Minimum of two years’ experience in an employment activation, recruitment, training, career coaching or counselling role, preferably with long term unemployed clients farthest from the labour market. Previous knowledge of and experience in addressing long term, social and economic unemployment factors and barriers, that may present themselves, such as Mental health, Addiction, homelessness, literacy, lack of confidence, motivation and routine, as well as factors such as, generational differences and personal circumstances. Excellent influential and persuasion skills to constructively confront client barriers. Operational experience working in a client facing environment delivering a professional ‘people’ service end to end. Be fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes.
