MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. General Admin 1.1. Provide a professional administration service for the Association. 1.2. Job Purpose: The IT Support Engineer will provide 1st and 2nd line support and assist with 3rd line support across Bryson Charitable Group, including Bryson Recycling, Bryson Care, and Bryson Energy. The role involves supporting client/server applications, networking, hardware, cloud services, and helping maintain Cyber Essentials + accreditation. The Engineer will also assist with Microsoft Power Platform projects. Key responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line support remotely and in person, updating the helpdesk ticketing system. Assist with 3rd line support with the IT team. Administer Active Directory, creating new accounts and managing security groups. Manage Office 365, including Azure AD, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. Support Cyber Essentials + accreditation through patch management and firmware upgrades. Document and update IT processes and procedures.
