Customer Experience Associate (Ref: 0825CEA) We are now recruiting Customer Experience Associates to join our expanding team. You will make outbound renewal calls relating to existing customers who want to speak to someone about renewing their motor and/or home insurance. You will also help customers manage other elements of their policies, including midterm adjustments and payments. You will provide a fast and efficient service within the Contact Centre to all our customers via telephone and online web chat. You will ensure that excellent customer service is always provided whilst communicating courteously and accurately. The CMD may be involved in the delivery of the School Immunisation Programme in school and clinic settings. The CMD may be involved in the medical assessment for eligibility for the Primary Medical Certificate required to avail of the Disabled Drivers and Passengers Tax Scheme and provide medical input into schemes administered by the HSE. Or (iii) Have completed a relevant examination at a comparable standard in any equivalent examination in another jurisdiction. Or (iv) Hold a comparable and relevant third level qualification of at least level 6 on the National Qualifications Framework maintained by Qualifications and Quality Ireland, (QQI). Note1 : Candidates must achieve a pass in Ordinary or Higher level papers. A pass in a foundation level paper is not acceptable. Candidates must have achieved these grades on the Leaving Certificate Established programme or the Leaving Certificate Vocational programme.
