Overview of Role The Retail Outlets Supervisor will form part of the Retail Outlets Management team and will ensure the smooth operation of the Retail Outlets at Titanic Belfast. The role is primarily responsible for the smooth running of the customer experience within our Retail Outlets in accordance with agreed company standards, in a professional and efficient manner. The main outlets this role will supervise will be the Titanic Store and the Galley Café however there will also be responsibility to oversee The Pantry restaurant as and when required. Visitor Experience Co-ordinator
Job summary The Visitor Experience Crew Co-ordinator plays a key role within the Visitor Attraction at Titanic Belfast. Reporting to the Operations Visitor Experience Manager and working closely with the wider Visitor Experience Team, the Visitor Experience Co-ordinator will support the smooth and efficient running of daily operations through effective administrative coordination. Core responsibilities include compiling monthly rotas, managing and adjusting daily rotations, processing weekly and monthly payroll, completing return-to-work documentation, tracking holidays and absences, and handling other administrative duties as required. As this role is central to ensuring the daily efficiency of the Visitor Experience team, shift times will begin one hour prior to gallery opening—particularly during peak season. Deli Assistant
Main purpose of the role: Responsible for the preparation of high quality hot and cold deli products and for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. The ideal candidate will have/be: HACCP training is desirable but not necessary Excellent communication skills Previous customer service experience is an advantage The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure A passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppers. Main purpose of the role: Ensure the food production area operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provide our customers with excellent products. The ideal candidate will have/be: 2 years` experience in a role with an indepth experiencein fresh food and food preparation Experience in successfully achieving sales targets and KPIs Fully trained in HACCP and food safety, and has experience in meeting the HACCP and food safety requirements Stocktaking experience Have a true passion for the food industry and be creative and innovative with the fresh offering Customer focused and can build a quality and loyal customer base Main duties: Actively liveCentra brand-values i.e. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based Cook, prepare and display the food throughout the day Finish all orders to the highest standard Support the smooth running of food production operations Carry out stock takes and support the working out of the cost price for product and portion control Assist in the induction, training and development of staff in the food production area Attend any training or development programmes as directed by store management.

Job Description The role of General Operative works as part of the production/ picking line team, and will be responsible for operating and running machines to maximum efficiency and capacity.
