Referral Co-ordinator
REFERRAL COORDINATOR MACS Floating Support and Outreach services provide a range of interventions to assist young people aged 16 - 25 to access/maintain accommodation in the community. The team of workers provide support to young people who are homeless, young people 'sofa surfing', at risk of eviction, and resettling from prison. The Referral Coordinator will support our referral process from pre-entry to post-exit. They will be responsible for processing referrals in a professional, sensitive, and timely manner in line with MACS procedures and processes underpinned by MACS policies and operating in line with our strategic priorities, vision, mission, and values. We have an excellent opportunity for a qualified Full Time Dispenser to work in our Antrim Health Centre branch for approximately 6-9 months to cover a period of Maternity Leave. Working 40 hours per week, between the hours of 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required from time to time. Working as part of a team duties can include; sales of over the counter medicines, providing customers with information on symptoms and products, prescription receipt and collection, date checking, and the ordering, receiving and storing of pharmaceutical stock.
