(A Level 7 degree will be considered from applicants who have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in the intellectual disability sector) Ø Working knowledge of New Directions Framework (HSE) Ø Experience in leading a team of staff in the development and implementation of person centred planning framework Ø Experience of working with individuals with Autism and supporting the delivery of service to people who may display behaviours of concern Ø Experience in risk management Ø Experience in liaising with MDT teams, families and external agencies who may be involved in the support of people attending the services Ø Supervisory ability and capability in the management of staff and people supported by the services.
